I’ve been an avid fan of online gaming, especially those online casinos. It’s been a while since I’ve last played online. Watching television is my favorite past time, but it’s kinda boring sometimes. Sometimes I’m wondering of having a television feed that I can watch pure quality movies and shows. When I visited a friend of mine, I asked him about some information to get a feed from those satellite tv providers just like his. I saw the programs on his television and it’s so amazing because what he have is a brand new experience on watching tv. Back then, we are only limited on free to air programs, thanks to these satellite television providers we wont be watching a single program that keeps running all over again. He told me that the same satellite tv provider that he subscribes in has a branch near to our place, only I didn’t know. Yesterday I planned to go to that branch, I inquired about their service. And hopefully tomorrow I’ll be online.

Yesterday my nephew was here in our house, he brought his new football. We played catch all day. I talked to him about my experience in playing football. Actually, I am the quarter back of our team back then because of my good posture. Then I noticed his football that looks the same as we used in the game. He told me that his dad bought it on a local store near them. And the coolest thing is it’s so cheap, back then balls like this are too expensive. Anyway, I asked him if how long he have been practicing. He said that he is doing so for two months now, after school hours. After an couple of hour on practicing, he then enjoy playing a football game on his game console. For that, I can say that this kid got future on football.

A small kid able to manage such hard tasks on one day. In fact a routine that’s been going on for two months now. Many kids of today don’t really do it that way. They just play instead or do something else and become a school dropped out. So that’s why my nephew got a reward from his father every month because of the right manners, well actually an ideal manner.

During weekends, my friends and I go on a two mile jugging. It is very necessary for me to stay healthy, for a busy man like me. After long days of work and just sitting in the office, I feel my body doesn’t seem to work well. My doctor advised me to take some exercise even at least on weekends. He also advised me to take some workout tool to promote better health, like those trail running shoes. He gave me a pedometer, to monitor my speed and comparing the result on my heart rate monitor. Well to tell you the truth, I feel I’m really getting weak for some kind. The data shown on the monitors does not meet the normal expected result.

I guess may be, I’m not used to do this for a long time now. Back then when I was a child, we used to hike a mountain beside our town back and forth with little effort. All we have is a bottle of water and a pair of rugged shoes, and we ready to go. It’s so exciting doing that, I enjoyed my childhood. Now, I’m not doing it for fun but instead to stay healthy. Well, after doing the same routine during weekends, I manage to enjoy this again little by little.
