I remember one time during the period when I was looking for a job, I find it pretty annoying or should I say the criteria for hiring is you must be closer to perfect. I don’t know, but for me these companies are getting to serious of looking for an employee with a background of you don’t know where it came from. Well, they are looking at you as if they already know who you are. But the truth is they are blind folded. The only thing that they have are pieces of paper with your backgrounds on it, basically a copy of whatever you can do in life for living. Some guys would even put statements of lies on it. The interviewee doesn’t know that it is all lie, if you are good on explanations and manipulations then the lies becomes the truth. What a joke. Consequences are, for the employee less fortunate for them to succeed while they are on the company. For the company, they will never know that they are only wasting money on an employee who doesn’t really knows the job.
Well my opinion is, what if these company test these applicants on actual basis. On that way, they can say that an applicant is suited for the job. This is just my opinion, I’m just suggesting things that I think can help these company to promote better testings on their applicants.
