I have a friend who lately became a father, is asking me what are the ways for his family to get established. How can he able to feed his family if in the first place he got no job at all.
I remember the time where we were in a metal band. He used to be my guitarist in the band. He play the rhythm while I play the lead part. We share thoughts on how to play notes, composing lyrics and putting them all together. We were at the stage that everything was perfectly arranged, that things are actually the reach of our hands when suddenly something happens. His girlfriend got pregnant, things changed. He’s not able to attend rehearsals and recordings. Because he is my friend, I don’t want anybody to replace him. Well, careers rolled down. Deals were not set and the manager threw us on the backdoor. Good thing that I’m able to get a job immediately after that.
I said to him, that I will try to get him a job on our company. But In the meantime, try to concentrate looking for job near their home. It’s much easy to get established when you saved a lot of money for transportation comparing if you’re working at our company which is way far from you.
Sometimes I think that you cannot control everything, just like times like this. For me, it’s like a random situation putted all together.
